At ISC, we firmly believe that every athlete, regardless of their background or skill level, deserves a great coach. Understanding that each athlete has different financial capabilities, we offer a flexible pricing model to ensure that financial constraints don't prevent anyone from accessing quality coaching.
1:1 Monthly Run Coaching is $200 per month.

Schedule a Free Consultation Call
Send an email to set up a call. Fill out a comprehensive training questionnaire, and then schedule a Zoom call to discuss your running experience and goals with your coach.
Coach Support
You can communicate with your coach through text, email or Training peaks, where you'll receive regular, consistent, quality feedback.
Access Training Peaks
Login to access your free Basic Account via Training Peaks. This platform is where you'll receive personalized workouts and training plans, adjusted according to your feedback and progress.
Biweekly Check-Ins
Athletes can utilize two 1:1 phone calls each month conducted via phone or Zoom to discuss
running-related questions or if they need more guidance or support.
Flexible Training to Suit Your Life
Life gets busy, and we take that into account when designing your training plan. If you ever need to skip a workout due to unexpected commitments, no problem – we work with you to adapt your training accordingly.
Sync Your GPS Watch
Share your training data by syncing your GPS watch to Training Peaks. Download the Training Peaks mobile app to conveniently view and log your training sessions and communicate while you're on the move.
