Send an email to set up a call. Fill out a comprehensive training questionnaire, and then schedule a Zoom call to discuss your running experience and goals with your coach.

Coach Support

You can communicate with me through text, email or Training peaks, where you'll receive regular feedback and the option to utilize two 1:1 phone calls each month.

Access Training Peaks

Login to access your free Basic Account via Training Peaks. This platform is where you'll receive personalized workouts and training plans, adjusted according to your feedback and progress.

Biweekly Check-Ins

If you have any running-related questions or need more training guidance or support, you can schedule biweekly calls conducted
via phone or Zoom.
